Oistrakh/Mostras Edition: Tchaikovsky - Violin Concerto in D (free PDF download)

David Oistrakh is considered to be one of the best interpreters of Tchaikovsky's Violin Concerto. The current, ready-to-perform, Oistrakh/Mostras edition is the most commonly used in the former USSR region, and it contains practical fingering and bowing. The third movement also contains the famous Auer passage (mini cadenza), which many violinists, including Oistrakh, preferred over the original.
